A special|shoutout to Yin Yin, who made our stay extra special with her friendly, professional manner, Yin Yin made us feel very welcome and special! Also a special thank you to Ng Jing Hao, Wilfred and Iris for their professional, friendly service too. Highly recommend this hotel, it exceeded our expectations. The roof top pool is amazing too with stunning views of Marina Bay Sands and surrounds.”

“The best hotel in Singapore. I cannot stress how much i recommend this hotel. The location would be infinite stars if i could rate it that high and the rooms and service are super comfortable. Theres also a neat gimmick, the robots deliver you the stuff you ask for from the staff and its very fun to watch and see a fellow cute delivery robot arrive at your door. You can also follow it from the reception to see its journey through the elevators and to their destination. I would one hundred percent recommend this place as ive been staying there for two trips in a row and it has definitely enhanced my visit to Singapore. It is a big factor that made my trip so much better. This is the best hotel to stay in once again, the price is worth and it isnt even as pricey as the hotel in Marina bay sands, which is more out of the main area and more of a hermit kingdom place. This hotel is much better in my humble opinion”

“Our stay at JEN Singapore Orchardgateway was excellent from start to finish.We arrived from Changi Airport using Bus 36, which conveniently stops right across the hotel. The hotel is also directly connected to Somerset MRT Station, making transportation incredibly easy. We arrived around noon, and the check-in process was fast and efficient. Our room was already ready, and we were able to go straight in without waiting.Before our arrival, the concierge team had kindly received a package from KrisShop on our behalf. Collecting it was smooth, and everything was well organized.The room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. One feature we especially appreciated was the filtered drinking water tap with unlimited free-flow drinking water. It was very convenient and helped us save money on bottled water throughout our stay.The hotel is directly connected to Orchardgateway Mall. On B2, we enjoyed dining at EATAlley, which offers a fantastic selection of famous and authentic Kuala Lumpur street food.During our 5-day, 4-night stay, getting around Singapore was effortless. Somerset MRT Station is literally beneath the hotel, while the bus stop is just across the road. The hotel is surrounded by shopping malls, restaurants, and attractions along Orchard Road, making it one of the most convenient locations in Singapore.Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of choices. Housekeeping kept the room spotless every day. Whenever we needed additional amenities, we simply scanned the QR code in the room and submitted a request. The items were delivered promptly by the hotel’s adorable service robots, Jeni and Jeno, which added a fun touch to the experience.On our departure day, getting back to Changi Airport was just as easy, we simply took Bus 36 from the stop across the hotel.Overall, JEN Singapore Orchardgateway offers an unbeatable combination of location, convenience, service, and comfort. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Singapore.”

“A lovely hotel in a great location. The MRT is very close so great for getting around. Our daughter loved the robots and nice touch getting cookies delivered to the room on arrival. The breakfast was amazing with lots of choice and different options each day. The rooftop pool is lovely- great views across Singapore, chilled vibe and nice poolside food and drinks. The bedrooms are nice and clean, although not very spacious and check if travelling with kids as expectation is that you share your bed if they are under 12(!) |We changed rooms to accommodate a pull out bed at an extra charge. This wasn’t clear on our Expedia booking but was resolved very quickly by the staff at the hotel. Overall a great stay, wonderful food and amazing location for exploring.”
